DROP IN SESSIONS
I am now offering drop in in-person & virtual zoom sessions! Workouts range from 45 minutes to an hour in person & 30-45 mins via zoom.
This is available for clients who don’t want to commit to a monthly plan, but want to drop in to workouts weekly.
Small group sessions $25/session
1 on 1 sessions $50/session (available upon request & times may vary).
Equipment: 5-10lb dumbbells & a set of resistance bands!
