This is a online/at home plan that is designed to help you grow and build the booty you've always wanted. Moderate to heavy weights and resistance bands are required. This plan can be completed at home or in the gym. This is a strength training program (goal is to tone and build muscle while shedding body fat). Plan includes a variety of glute, hamstring and quad exercises. Videos are included.
